NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) delivers the latest Information Technology, Communications, and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) products and services to all federal agencies and their approved contractors. Created in 1993, SEWP was the first Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) in the federal acquisition space. Originally focused on technology products for NASA and other agencies, SEWP has expanded steadily over three decades and now supports more than 50,000 orders a year across the federal government. The program is self-funded through a usage fee assessed on each order.

OneZero holds SEWP VI awards under both Category B and Category C, giving federal customers two contract vehicles to access OneZero’s IT products and services.

SEWP VI Category B — Enterprise-Wide ITC/AV Service Solutions

Category B covers large-scale, enterprise-wide IT, communications, and audio-visual service work that spans multiple departments, locations, or field offices within an agency. It focuses on large-scale, enterprise-wide ICT and AV service solutions such as managed IT services, program integration, enterprise application services, and cybersecurity. In practice, it’s the category agencies turn to for broad, agency-wide technology and managed-service programs rather than a single, discrete requirement.

SEWP VI Category C — Mission-Based ITC/AV Service Solutions

Category C is narrower in scope, aimed at specialized professional services tied to a specific mission or program rather than an entire enterprise. It includes offerings such as cybersecurity, application development, data analytics, and in-scope training services, aligned with specific government missions and project requirements.

• SEWP Surcharge: 0.34%, assessed per order at time of invoicing
• Fair Opportunity is provided at the individual order level per FAR 16.505(b); no order-selection documentation is required to be submitted with the order
• Quotes are issued only for items listed on OneZero’s SEWP VI contract and priced at or below the SEWP VI database of record
• RFIs, RFQs, and Market Research Requests are responded to through the NASA SEWP VI on-line quoting system per the Contract Holder User Manual (CHUM)
